Joseph Billy Jr.

Former Vice president of Global Security for Prudential Financial (USA), Joseph Billy retired as FBI Assistant Director in charge of the Counterterrorism Division in Washington D.C., and has served in positions of increasing responsibility during his 30-year FBI career including field agent, supervisor in the foreign counterintelligence program, supervisor of the FBI/New York City Police Department Joint Terrorism Task Force.

Billy now serves as a consultant to the private sector and academia on security, terrorism financing and risk management. He is a member of the International Association of Chiefs of Police Committee on Homeland Security and the Real Estate Roundtable Homeland Security Taskforce.
